Veteran Nollywood actor Jim Iyke has stirred conversations on social media after making a bold statement about eating habits. The popular actor claimed that food is a scam and argued that the human body is biologically designed to eat only once a day.



In a recent interview that has since gone viral, Jim Iyke expressed his personal belief that modern eating patterns are driven more by societal norms and commercial influence than actual physiological need. According to him, people have been misled to believe they need to consume multiple meals a day, whereas the human body functions optimally on just one meal daily.



"Food is a scam," the actor asserted. "The human body is not built to consume food three or four times a day. We’ve been programmed to believe we need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but in reality, our bodies thrive on simplicity and balance."



Jim Iyke went on to say that his lifestyle and diet choices reflect his beliefs. He claimed that ever since he started eating just once daily, he has experienced improved mental clarity, better physical health, and enhanced productivity.
