Nollywood star Mercy Johnson is finally opening up about her long-standing rift with fellow actress Angela Okorie.
Taking to her Instagram story, the mother of four hinted that she’s ready to speak her truth, announcing that she would address everything publicly at noon.

In response, Angela Okorie addressed the situation during a recent Instagram Live session. She revealed that she has chosen to forgive Mercy Johnson after hearing that the actress is battling a serious illness. However, she didn’t hold back in her criticism.
“I’ve forgiven her because I heard she’s really sick,” Angela said. “But she needs to ask for forgiveness from people she’s hurt and stop using church language that doesn’t reflect who she truly is.”
Adding fuel to the drama, Regina Daniels chimed in via her Instagram story, disputing Angela’s version of events. The actress, who is married to Ned Nwoko, defended Mercy Johnson and claimed that Angela was simply “mad.” She further claimed, “We don’t forgive,” suggesting both she and Mercy are standing firmly together.
