Nollywood actress and filmmaker Mary Remmy Njoku has candidly shared an emotional update about her current state of mind, revealing deep personal struggles that are keeping her awake at night.
In a heartfelt Instagram post, the founder of ROK Studios expressed feeling lost and overwhelmed, admitting she’s currently facing a period of confusion and uncertainty in her life.
“I am at a point in my life where I genuinely don’t know what to do,” she wrote. “It feels like I’m standing at a crossroads, uncertain and stuck.”
The actress and mother of three reflected on her relationships and how recent realizations have shaken her sense of familiarity with the people around her.
“The people you think you know, you come to realize, maybe you don’t know them at all. And that shakes you,” she added.
Known for her strong sense of direction and confidence, Njoku admitted that this moment feels different and unsettling.
“I usually have answers. I’m used to clarity, to direction. But this time, I don’t have any answers. I honestly don’t know what to do. Head is full. Can’t sleep,” she concluded.
