“Na Until E Chook You Knife” — Do2dtun Takes A Swipe At Goskey Over Speed Darlington Fallout

Nigerian media personality Do2dtun has questioned Goskey’s decision to work with Speed Darlington, questioning that the singer’s behaviour should have given his former manager enough reason to know what he was getting into.

His comments came after Goskey announced the end of his four-year working relationship with the singer, complaining about how he was treated despite the effort he put into helping him secure opportunities and manage his career.

Goskey had explained that he was no longer interested in working with Speed Darlington and did not want to be contacted about the singer’s bookings or other professional engagements.

He also alleged that he received just ₦250,000 after helping the singer secure a deal worth ₦30 million. According to him, the amount was far below what he expected, especially as he claimed Speed Darlington had previously promised him six per cent from every job.

Goskey further alleged that he spent his personal money handling responsibilities connected to the singer, including travelling to Abuja during his arrest. He also complained about covering his transportation expenses while making arrangements for Speed Darlington and his assistant.

Following the allegations, Do2dtun questioned why Goskey appeared surprised by the situation, arguing that the singer had consistently shown his character through his interactions with people and the way he handled business dealings.

The media personality suggested that someone who had worked closely with Speed Darlington for years should have been familiar with his manner of dealing with others.

In his response, Do2dtun did not hold back as he addressed Goskey’s experience with the singer.

He wrote:

“If you are managing such person then you need your brain checked too. He has never described himself otherwise from everything you detailed here especially when he speaks about other people and transactions. If you didn’t see it like we all did then you are the real Akpi 😂.. Na until e chook you knife 😂".

Do2dtun’s comment focused on what he believed Goskey should have noticed before committing years to working with the entertainer. He suggested that the behaviour Goskey described was not entirely unexpected, given how Speed Darlington had presented himself publicly.

Meanwhile, Goskey has maintained that he is done working with the singer and is ready to pursue other professional opportunities. He has made it clear that he does not intend to return to his former position.
