President Bola Tinubu has approved the deployment of 65 ambassadors to Nigeria’s diplomatic missions around the world, formally assigning them to their respective countries after their nominations were confirmed last December.

The announcement was contained in a statement released on Friday by Bayo Onanuga, the president’s Special Adviser on Information and Strategy.

Among the notable appointments, former presidential aide Reno Omokri has been posted to Mexico, while former aviation minister Femi Fani-Kayode will serve as Nigeria’s ambassador to Germany.
