Popular Nollywood actress Chizzy Alichi is celebrating her birthday in grand style as she marks a major milestone — her first birthday as a mother. The screen star took to her official Instagram page to share an emotional and gratitude-filled message, describing this year’s birthday as the best she has ever had.
Overflowing with joy, the actress thanked God for the gift of motherhood, stating that the blessing would be permanent in her life. In her heartfelt post, Chizzy went further to boldly pray for twins, declaring her faith with confidence.
“This is my best birthday.
My first birthday as a mother. Mummy Kene/mama Kene, however you want to call it. God, you did that, and I’m so grateful, and it shall be permanent in my life because you are adding Twins to us soon, from my mouth to God’s ears,
Amennnnnnnnnnnnn.”
The proud mother of one reflected on how faithful God has been to her, noting that she now enjoys a loving family, a supportive husband, and a peaceful home. According to her, these blessings have brought her deep fulfillment beyond material things.
“Truly, those who put their trust in God can never be put to shame. God gave me a Great husband, a perfect son, and an amazing home; what more can I ask for?”
Chizzy revealed that she initially had no plans for a birthday photoshoot, preferring instead to spend quality time with her husband and son, enjoy good food, and rest. However, she later decided to document the moment and share her joy with her fans and followers online.
The actress didn’t forget women still waiting for the fruit of the womb. She sent out prayers and words of encouragement to TTC mothers, expressing strong faith that they would soon celebrate their own testimonies.
“Finally, all the TTC mothers in the house, by this time next year, you will be celebrating like me. If you believe, leave a very big AMEN in the comment section.”

Recall that on May 7, Chizzy Alichi announced the birth of her baby boy, describing the journey as one of the most challenging periods of her life. She openly shared how she prayed fervently, joined online prayer sessions, and sowed seeds of faith throughout her pregnancy journey.
