Sweezy, the elder brother of Nollywood actress Regina Daniels, has intensified his criticism of the actress’s estranged husband, Senator Ned Nwoko, alleging repeated instances of domestic violence and intimidation within the family.

On his Instagram story, Sweezy claimed that Ned had physically assaulted Regina and even attempted to harm their mother, Rita Daniels. He said security personnel can confirm the incidents, citing Ned’s history of slapping Regina’s former personal assistant and the family nannies.

“Has Ned ever beaten Regina? Yes!! Has he tried to beat my mother? Yes! As your securities can attest, because they’re scared of you. Am not! Which led to the first fight between him and Sammy. This is not their first engagement. He had to leave the house because he knew this one crowd was coming to vindicate Gina,” Sweezy wrote.

He recounted several incidents, including when Ned allegedly kicked his niece out of the house at 3 a.m. following an argument with his son, Munir. “Second fight was when Sammy’s daughter and Munir had an argument, and Ned asked the little girl who was sick to be taken away from the house at 3am! Your in-law! Speaking to a couple of your friends, I can say for sure that they don’t know who you are. You’re a dictator!” Sweezy added.

Sweezy also accused Ned of instigating rivalry between his wives and attempting to manipulate both Regina and Laila for his own purposes. He claimed that when Laila refused Ned’s demands, he allegedly turned Regina into a drug user.

“Don’t come here and act like you’re not violent, tryna protect an image. Tell your Nannies to come out and talk about how they always separate the two of you on different occasions… If your wife happens to be the worst person on earth, does that justify beating her? If you think we’ve tampered with your ego, you’ve violated our blood,” Sweezy wrote.

Earlier, Kemi Filani reported that Regina had publicly cried out after Ned allegedly arrested her brother, urging her to return to him and to rehab. Joining his sister, Sweezy warned the public to hold Ned accountable for the safety of Regina, their brother Sammy, and younger sister Destiny.

This dispute follows Ned Nwoko’s public statement two weeks ago, in which he attributed household tension to Regina’s “battle with drugs and alcohol abuse,” claiming his attempts to seek professional help for her were resisted. He also alleged that Regina had engaged in violent behavior at home, assaulting domestic staff and destroying property.

Sweezy dismissed claims of drug abuse by his sister, while Destiny Daniels shared images of injuries she said Regina sustained from Ned, denying reports of a reconciliation.

This unfolding controversy has intensified scrutiny on the actress’s personal life, with family members openly challenging the senator’s version of events and calling for accountability.
