Rumours of a marriage breakdown between Nollywood actor Yul Edochie and Judy Austin have gripped the entertainment world. In the midst of this swirling speculation, a concerned social media user offered pointed advice to Judy, urging her to reclaim her narrative and focus on personal productivity.
“Yuliana must not be with you before you create something out of your brain –– –– The best advice for juju ” begins the post. The author then directly addresses Judy: “Judy Austin, I advise you to be more creative than this. Ezedike must not be in the picture before you can create a content. Your page is monetized, you can use yourself and the kids to create content. Many people love watching kids’ activities. Show us some interesting parts of your daily activities with the children.”
The commenter continues: “Stop waiting for Ezedike to come to Abuja before you can create your content. Yul is busy filming in Asaba. Please get yourself busy too, show him you’re industrious and creative. My piece of advice though.”
This advice comes at a time when the couple’s relationship is under intense scrutiny. According to reports, producer Stanley Ontop claimed that Yul allegedly abandoned his home and lodged in a hotel, raising speculation that the marriage is under serious strain. Ontop further alleged that Yul even blamed Judy for the death of his eldest son and for the disintegration of his first marriage.
Meanwhile, some sources say Yul has shifted blame onto Judy for the fallout of his previous marriage with May Edochie, alleging that she played a role in triggering the breakup. The tension is further compounded by the legal proceedings following May’s divorce petition, in which she also cited Judy as a party and demanded ₦100 million in damages for alleged adultery.
Adding more drama, Judy’s ex-husband—Emeka Obasi—has resurfaced in public commentary, claiming that he has not heard from their children for years. He alleged that Judy took their children away after their 2013 divorce and that he isn’t sure they are alive. In another attack, Obasi claimed Judy used “juju” in order to secure husband(s), a jab that many fans saw as part of the ongoing feud.
It is in this tense climate that the social media user’s advice must be understood: rather than waiting for Yul or her daughter Yuliana to be present before creating content, the user insists Judy should harness her own creativity, use her platform (already monetized), and spotlight her children in everyday activities. The repeated refrain—“Stop waiting … get yourself busy too”—reflects a broader sentiment among observers who believe Judy should actively reposition herself in public view, rather than remain passive.
Whether Judy Austin will heed this advice remains to be seen. But as the drama continues, many eyes are on her next move—creative project, public statement, or otherwise—as she navigates one of the most volatile chapters of her public life.
