Following the rant, the Yoruba actress shared her appreciation for her colleagues and sisters who reached out to her with concern. She clarified that the post wasn’t about her personally but was directed towards an older sister who is currently facing challenges. “Kai una, love me too much o. My sisters bombard me with calls. The rant isn’t about me, though!!”
Bimpe continued, expressing her support and encouragement: “Special thanks to my sisters who reached out to me, asking me to keep my peace. That post wasn’t for me, though; it’s for an older sister going through a lot at the moment. I got you, Mama, and this too shall pass. Dear women, we can do better. Aiye o le to yen!!!! Ole ni everybody.”
The Nollywood star’s candid remarks spark a conversation about the importance of women uplifting one another instead of tearing each other down. Her message is a reminder that solidarity and empathy among women can create a stronger, more supportive community.
