“‘Arrest Mandy Kiss Now’ —Yoruba Monarch Calls for Mandy Kiss’ Arrest over Planned Guinness World Record Attempt in Lagos

The Eselu of Iselu Kingdom in Yewa North Local Government Area of Ogun State, Oba Akintunde Akinyemi, has waded into the ongoing controversy surrounding social media influencer Mandy Kiss and her planned Guinness World Record attempt.

The monarch penned an open letter to Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos State, urging him to order the arrest of Mandy Kiss over what he described as an “immoral and disgraceful” plan.

Earlier this week, Mandy Kiss shocked social media users after posting a flyer announcing her intention to set a Guinness World Record for the “highest number of bed partners in 24 hours.”

The event, scheduled for October 30, 2025, in Ikorodu, Lagos, targets 100 men.

However, Guinness World Records (GWR) swiftly distanced itself from the claim, stating it does not recognize or track such a record. Despite the backlash, Mandy Kiss has vowed to go ahead with her plans.

In his letter, Oba Akinyemi condemned the act, calling it “shameful” and “disgraceful.” He said the proposal has brought embarrassment not just to Mandy Kiss’ family but also to Ogun State, Lagos State, and Nigeria as a whole.

The monarch warned:

“Can she even survive such an act? If she dies in the process, it is the police who will start arresting young men in Ikorodu.”

The Eselu further suggested that the influencer might be mentally unstable or acting under the influence of drugs. He urged Governor Sanwo-Olu to involve the NDLEA for a drug test and recommended that she be sent to a rehabilitation centre in Ogun State.

He added:

 “Her nonsense shows she may be under the influence of drugs. The best step is to arrest her and return her to her parents for rehabilitation.”
