Comfort Emmanson Speaks Out: ‘She Broke My Phones, Dragged My Hair, and Called Me a Prostitute

 Comfort Emmanson, has shared her own account of what she says happened during a flight from Uyo to Lagos on August 10, 2025 — an experience that has since drawn a lot of attention online.

According to Emmanson, the situation began shortly before takeoff when a flight attendant, identified as Juliana, reminded passengers to turn off their mobile devices. She explained that while she was trying to put one of her phones in flight mode, Juliana insisted it had to be fully switched off.

“I was with two phones and explained to her that the second one was faulty,” Emmanson said. “A man assisted me in switching off one phone while I struggled with the other. I asked Juliana to help me, but she refused. I then begged the man again, and he switched it off for me. As Juliana walked away, she said, ‘YOU WILL SEE.’ I didn’t take it seriously at the time.”

Emmanson said things took a different turn after the flight landed in Lagos. She recalled that after using the aircraft’s restroom, she was about to leave when Juliana allegedly stood in her way without saying anything. “I told her to let me pass, but she ignored me. I started recording on my phone. When she realized I had recorded her, she pushed me back into the plane, dragged my frontal, my clothes, my jewelry, and even broke my phones,” she claimed.

She added that the encounter soon became physical. “The pain of the frontal she pulled got me mad, so I poked my fingers at her face and asked why she did that. She then called me a prostitute,” Emmanson stated.

The consultant further explained that airport staff tried to step in but, according to her, things only got more difficult from there. “As they were dragging me, Juliana pulled at my clothes which were pinned, leaving my body exposed. They recorded me, and those videos ended up on social media. I never expected that kind of treatment,” she said.
