A star-studded drama is set to shake up cinemas nationwide this August as the trailer for Hakeem: Seeking Justice sparks interest across the Nigerian film scene. The upcoming movie tells the gripping story of one man’s unrelenting pursuit of justice in a society built to suppress him.
Slated for nationwide cinema release on August 1st, Hakeem: Seeking Justice features a powerful ensemble cast that includes some of Nollywood’s most respected names, crossover entertainers, and fast-rising talents. Leading the cast is Deyemi Okanlawon, joined by Chioma Akpotha, Zubby Michael, Regina Daniels, Bolanle Ninalowo, Gabriel Afolayan, Femi Branch, and Ali Nuhu.
Adding to the star power are reality and music industry figures such as Roseline “Liquor Rose” Afije, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng popularly known as Skales, and Hazel Oyeze “White Money” Onou.
