Reality TV personality and actor Adeoluwa Okusaga, widely known as Saga, has urged men to prioritise their mental well-being and embrace vulnerability without shame.
Using his platform, Saga highlighted the need for increased awareness and support for men’s mental health, encouraging open conversations and emotional honesty.
“Men are not superheroes—we’re human beings who need care and support too,” he said, calling on society to create an environment where men feel safe expressing themselves without fear of judgment.
He took to Instagram to share a heartfelt message with his followers, writing, “Hey bro, you’re not Superman, you’re human. Don’t neglect your mental health. Speak to someone, do things that make you happy. To the world, be kind to us men, listen to us, and provide a safe space for us to express ourselves. Yes, we are not perfect, perfection is an illusion anyway, no one is.”
Saga further emphasised that chasing perfection is unrealistic and that everyone should be allowed the space to be flawed, grow, and heal.
