Farooq Oreagba has once again become the cynosure of all eyes at the 2025 Ojude Oba Festival, proving that his charismatic flair and bold fashion sense are no fluke.

Arriving on horseback, the cancer survivor and business executive brought a new twist to his now-iconic presence. Dressed in a lavish, custom-designed agbada paired with traditional coral accessories, he radiated confidence and cultural pride.
Many described him as the perfect blend of royalty and modern elegance, with social media users hailing him as the “undisputed king of Ojude Oba style.”
What sets Oreagba apart is not just his dress sense, but the inspiring story he carries. Diagnosed with osteosarcoma and carcinoma over a decade ago, he beat the odds, achieving remission and later being declared cancer-free.
His journey from survival to stardom has made him a symbol of resilience, earning the admiration of Nigerians across all walks of life.
Beyond his public persona, Oreagba is the Managing Director of NG Clearing Limited and a key figure in Nigeria’s financial markets.
His accolades include serving on the Nigerian Stock Exchange’s Derivatives Product Advisory Committee, and his academic background boasts degrees from Coventry University and the University of East London.
In recognition of his growing influence on Nigeria’s cultural scene, the National Council for Arts and Culture (NCAC) honoured him as an Honorary Cultural Ambassador. NCAC DG, Obi Asika, praised him for reimagining cultural relevance in the 21st century.
