Nigerian billionaire and nightlife entrepreneur, Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, has finally responded to the heated backlash surrounding the recent next-of-kin drama involving his adopted son, Chidi.
Earlier reports revealed that Chidi had claimed to be the designated next-of-kin to the businessman, sparking a wave of mixed reactions across social media.
Shortly after the claims made headlines, Obi Cubana took to Instagram to share a photo of his biological son, Alex, subtly hinting that he remains the true next-of-kin.
In a fresh update posted on his Instagram page, the socialite shared pictures from his 50th birthday celebration featuring both his biological and adopted sons. Accompanying the photos was a caption that appeared to settle the dust around the issue.
“We vibe, we bond, we cruise, they talk! Last last, all of us na next-of-kin,” he wrote.
His latest post is being interpreted by many as a reconciliatory message, suggesting that regardless of the public noise, he sees all his sons as family.
