American pop star Justin Bieber has subtly addressed the ongoing rumors about his marriage to Hailey Bieber through a cryptic Instagram post, amid growing public scrutiny.
In recent months, the couple has faced intense speculation, with reports hinting at marital troubles and even suggesting a possible divorce — though neither Justin nor Hailey has publicly confirmed any such claims.
On Friday, Justin shared a heartfelt message on Instagram, focusing on forgiveness, personal growth, and his journey with faith. While he didn’t directly reference the rumors, his words seemed to respond to the negativity surrounding his personal life.
Bieber reflected on the concept of divine forgiveness, explaining that embracing God’s grace has helped him become a better person. He admitted that, when being completely honest with himself, he too can be “mean and hurtful” at times.
“That feeling of guilt can be relieved. How? Not by going to church or reading your Bible, but simply by accepting that God forgives. The message is forgiveness. Jesus forgives those the culture refuses to,” he wrote.
He also seemed to take a swipe at critics and those spreading false narratives about him and Hailey, suggesting that jealousy might be at the root of the negativity.
“My instinct is to think, damn, I wouldn’t gossip and spread lies about someone online, but then I remember I’m not perfect either and God is gracious with me. Hurt people hurt people,” he said.
Justin continued, hinting at the strength of his relationship with Hailey: “Honestly, if I were you, it would be hard not to be jealous seeing Hailey and me going so crazy in love. It’s really up for us, and I get why people can’t stand it. I don’t blame them.”
“Hailey and I are the Joneses that are impossible to keep up with. Your Bible can’t save you,” he added.
Justin, 31, and Hailey, 27, first married in a quiet courthouse ceremony in September 2018 before celebrating with a lavish wedding in South Carolina. The couple recently welcomed their first child together in August 2024.
