Nollywood star Omobolarinde Akinyanju, popularly known as Ashabi, has taken to Instagram to share a thought-provoking message about the realities of success.
In her post, the actress and mother of two suggested that achieving success often draws negativity from others.
According to her, enemies and jealousy are signs that one is making significant strides in life.
“Success attracts enemies. Progress invites jealousy. If nobody hates you, you’re not making it in life,” she wrote.
Ashabi also mentioned she is currently working on a film titled Dark Room, produced by Mariam Oguntona, and gave a shout-out to a skincare brand she endorses.
