After 22 Days: Tsiga, Former NYSC DG, Released by Bandits

Former Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Major General Mahrazu Tsiga (rtd), has been released after spending 22 days in captivity. Tsiga, who was kidnapped by bandits, regained his freedom on Friday and is currently receiving medical attention at an undisclosed hospital for security reasons. 

The abduction of the retired military officer had sparked widespread concern, given his prominent role in national service and his contributions to the NYSC during his tenure.
