Nigerian hitmaker Kizz Daniel recently took to social media to explain why he won’t join in on the rivalry between Davido’s fanbase, 30BG, and Wizkid, despite calls from fans to diss the Afrobeats giant.
In a social media exchange, a 30BG fan requested that Kizz Daniel diss Wizkid, to which Kizz Daniel replied thoughtfully. “Na Machala [Wizkid] and Baddest [Davido] workings most of us dey enjoy now; it would be unwise, my brother. Respect the ones before you,” he stated, emphasizing the importance of respecting industry pioneers.
Kizz Daniel further praised the 30BG fanbase, acknowledging their energy while highlighting the wisdom of his own fanbase, Vaddicts, as the “perfect blend.” His refusal to engage in any disrespect underscores his reverence for senior artists and highlights the positive example he sets in the music industry.
