In a dramatic turn of events, Nigerian rapper and activist Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz, has publicly denied allegations that he helped Bobrisky with his legal troubles.
This comes after a viral voice recording leaked by social critic Martins Otse, aka VeryDarkMan, claimed that Falz and his father, Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) Femi Falana, assisted in getting the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to drop money laundering charges against the controversial cross-dresser.

The rapper stated that Bobrisky requested N3 million to allegedly "pay officials" to secure a VIP stay in the correctional facility. Falz noted that he did not engage in any legal negotiations or interventions on behalf of Bobrisky, firmly rejecting the claim that he helped get charges dropped.
The rapper also took the opportunity to criticize VeryDarkMan for his role in spreading the recording, accusing him of publishing "careless and unfounded" statements without attempting to reach out for clarification. Falz emphasized that such allegations could damage reputations and hinted that legal actions might follow if necessary.
