Cardi B Files for Divorce from Offset After Seven-Year Marriage

American rapper Cardi B has filed for divorce from her husband, Offset, marking the end of their seven-year marriage. The "Bodak Yellow" artist is seeking primary custody of their two children: five-year-old daughter Kulture and two-year-old son Wave.

This isn't the first time Cardi B has sought to end her marriage to Offset. She previously filed for divorce in September 2020 but later reconciled with the Migos rapper, retracting the filing. At that time, Cardi B explained to fans that the decision to file for divorce wasn't due to infidelity, although their relationship had been plagued by rumors of Offset's unfaithfulness since nearly the beginning.

Despite their efforts to work through their marital issues, the distance between them continued to grow, ultimately leading to this latest separation.
