Danielle Edochie, the first child and only daughter of actor Yul Edochie, has publicly disowned her father by removing all traces of their association from her online presence.

In a recent development that has garnered attention online, the 18-year-old Danielle has deleted her father's name from her official Instagram page. This move follows a previous change in May 2023, where she altered her surname from Edochie to 'Dubem' on her Instagram page, although she retained the Edochie surname in her username.

Danielle's actions are believed to be in response to videos circulating online showing Yul Edochie and his second wife, Judy Austin, displaying affection despite the recent passing of Danielle's brother, Kambilichukwu Edochie.

To emphasize her disassociation from her father, Danielle has not only changed her surname but has also removed her father's name from her username. Previously, her name on Instagram was Diana Danielle Dubem, with the username danielleyuledochie. She now goes by Diana Danielle Dubem, with the username d3forareason.
