As the economy of the country deepens further into inflation, Netizens are going after celebrities that supported the current government during the 2023 General election.

There has been trading of blames and counter accusations from every nook and cranny of the nations. There are protests in different places over the hardship the country is bedeviled with. Celebrities are calling out those in government and those who supported them during the election.

Among such celebs is Toyin Abraham as she is being criticized by Netizens. The criticism runs into hundreds making the name trend on X as of press time the post is about 4,104 on X (Twitter) alone.

Nollywood Times recall that Toyin Abraham was an ardent supporter of President Tinubu during the February 2023 elections.

X users have gone back to Toyin Abraham's post during the election using it to slam her. The post reads:

"For the first time, I met the incoming president of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and he shared some of his Ideas, Visions and Strategy to solve the challenges before us, as a Nation.
