Veteran Nigerian rapper Eedris Abdulkareem has caused a stir online with revelations about comedian Seyi Law's change of heart regarding his support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Eedris Abdulkareem disclosed during an appearance on the audiovisual podcast "The Honest Bunch" that Seyi Law, who had been a vocal supporter of Tinubu during the 2023 general elections, recently confessed to him that he regrets his decision.
According to Eedris, Seyi Law admitted that he made a mistake in supporting Tinubu and has since abandoned his support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) mandate due to the prevailing hardship in the country.
Despite not receiving any financial compensation from Tinubu, Seyi Law had initially backed the politician based on his belief in Tinubu's mandate. However, he has now expressed regret, acknowledging that he supported Tinubu without fully understanding his intentions or background.
Eedris Abdulkareem's revelation has sparked reactions online, especially given Seyi Law's previous public support for Tinubu.
