Renowned Nigerian singer, Davido, is among the many who are deeply saddened by the tragic loss of Herbert Wigwe, the esteemed CEO of Access Bank.
Reports emerged on Saturday, February 10, indicating that Herbert, along with his wife and son, tragically lost their lives in a helicopter crash near the Nevada border in California, United States of America.
The Federal Aviation Administration confirmed that the Eurocopter EC130 helicopter crashed near Nipton, California, at approximately 10 p.m. local time. Nipton, an unincorporated community, is situated around 60 miles south of Las Vegas in eastern San Bernardino County.
Herbert Wigwe's untimely demise has left a profound void in the hearts of many, including Davido, who recognizes Wigwe's outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence.
Taking to social media, the 'Unavailable' crooner penned heartfelt condolences and prayers, expressing his deep sorrow over the loss of Herbert Wigwe.
Via his timeline, he wrote, “I pray for strength and comfort for the Wigwe family”.
