Rema Sets Ambitious Goal to Win Grammys This Year

Nigerian singer Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, has set an ambitious goal to win the Grammys this year, despite not being nominated for the 2024 awards.

During his visit to the Lagos mansion of billionaire businessman Tony Elumelu, Rema expressed his determination to clinch a Grammy Award this year. The 'Calm Down' crooner interacted with the Elumelu family, presenting an exclusive album copy and his merchandise, known as "Air Rema," as gifts.

Rema extended his appreciation to Tony Elumelu for his consistent support of the Nigerian music industry. 

Speaking in a video clip shared on the billionaire’s Instastory, Rema said: “Thank you for what you have done and the support you have for the music industry. I am grateful, it means a lot to me. This year I am bringing the Grammy.”

The next Grammy award ceremony will hold in 2025.
