Renowned Nollywood actress Laide Bakare is gearing up for her third marriage, signaling a fresh chapter in her romantic journey after two previous marriages that ended in separation.
The 43-year-old actress disclosed this exciting news through a post on her Instagram page on Monday. Bakare, who has experienced the ups and downs of matrimony, seems optimistic about this new chapter in her love life.
Notably, her first marriage was to Olumide Kunfulire, resulting in the birth of their daughter Simi in 2008. Following the end of that union, Bakare entered into a second marriage in 2013 with Lagos socialite Tunde Oriowo. The second marriage bore two sons.
In a surprising turn of events, Bakare has now revealed her intention to enter into matrimony for the third time. She shared a video featuring herself and her prospective husband, generating curiosity and anticipation among her followers and fans about this upcoming wedding ceremony.
