The Lagos State Police Command has officially declared Killaboi wanted several months after he confessed to the murder of his girlfriend, Augusta, on social media.
In a series of tweets posted on his Twitter handle on July 17, Killaboi claimed to have "accidentally" stabbed his girlfriend following an argument.
Augusta had been missing for several days until her mother visited Killaboi's residence at Oral Estate in the Ikota area of Lagos to look for her. Before Augusta's disappearance, her mother had attempted to reconcile the couple over an unresolved issue.

Killaboi, who expressed remorse for ruining his life at the age of 26 in his Instagram story posts, pledged to ensure that his late girlfriend received justice as he could not live with the guilt. He confessed to fleeing out of fear after her death and has been in hiding ever since.
The police have now issued a warrant for his arrest. Killaboi, whose full name is not provided, is described as being approximately 5'9" tall and hailing from Abia State.
The post by the Lagos State Police Command reads; “LAGOS STATE POLICE COMMAND DECLARES BENJAMIN BEST NNANYEREUGO WANTED The Lagos State Police Command hereby declares wanted Benjamin Best Nnanyereugo. Nnanyereugo is suspected to have murdered his girlfriend, 21-year-old Augusta Onuwabhagbe Osedion.”
The mother of 21 year old girl killed by punter, Killaboi, says he left the country immediately he killed her and cloned his number.
