Bashir, son of Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, has mocked rapper and activist Falz for flying abroad for surgery.
Nollywood Times reported that Falz recently underwent knee surgery in the UK. However, Bashir reacted to the news via his Twitter handle on Thursday, taunted Falz for not having the surgery in any Nigerian hospital, especially the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
He mocked the singer, saying it was disappointing for a “bona fide human rights activist” to have his surgery abroad.

Quoting a tweet about Falz’s recent surgery, Bashir wrote: “UK? He didn’t go to LASUTH as a bona-fide human rights activist?
“Disappointing.”
However, Tweeps came after Bashir like vampires, insulting him for such a comment. They even dragged his father and his father's party for the mess they put Nigeria.

I'm more disappointed because your father and his thiefing gang refused to build good hospitals that'll cater for the health needs of citizens. So, rich private citizens go abroad for medical care the same way your father and his friends travel abroad for medical tourism.
