Nigerian rapper and activist Folarin Falana, popularly known as Falz The Bhad Guy, was criticized by Bashir and some Nigerians for going for surgery abroad. However, the rapper-cum-activist has responded to the attacks.
Nollywood Times reported that Bashir, a son of Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State, mocked the rapper-cum-activist for shunning Nigerian hospitals and flying to the UK for surgery.
However, on Friday, Falz responded via his Twitter handle to the attacks that followed his surgery describing it as “pathetic.” He added that his critics were desperate to launch an attack on him.
He wrote, “So pathetic these people are trying soo hard to latch on to this knee surgery gist. Eyahhh.
Na so una dey desperate for ammunition.”
In another tweet, Falz wrote, “The audacity that stupidity gives you sha. Sigh.”
