Falz, a.k.a. Folarin Falana, underwent surgery for a knee injury he got while playing football on 23rd November 2022. He had anterior cruciate ligament damage, which was discovered during a magnetic resonance imaging test.
He has been released from the hospital after a successful procedure. However, he asked for prayers for a speedy recovery from the surgery.
In a video shared on his Instagram page, Falz did a timeline from when the injury occurred till when he went for the surgery. You can see him walking with a limp to the hospital somewhere in London. He could be seen joking about the procedure with an unnamed lady who was asking him funny questions behind the camera.
She ask him about the food he was going to prepare after leaving the London hospital. He said he was going to prepare pounded yam and egusi soup. After the surgery, he was seen walking with crutches and getting down from a car.
He shared the video with the caption:
"It's a whole journey to being 100% back. Say a prayer for me Say a prayer for me 🤲🏽."
