Award-winning Nigerian singer, Ayo Balogun, also known as Wizkid, has fixed a new date for the release of his highly anticipated studio album, ‘More Love Less Ego.’
Recall that the singer initially set today, November 4, as the date for the release as seen on the pre-saved Apple music version; however, the new date for the album release is now November 14.
Wizkid did not give any reason for the change, nor did he officially announce it. Fans have, however, speculated that the move was to commiserate with fellow superstar, Davido over the death of his son, Ifeanyi.
Wizkid, who had only posted several heartbroken images on his Instastory since the news broke of Ifeanyi’s death, also deleted tweets promoting his project.
Famous singer, Iyanya also postponed his London show to grieve with Davido over his son’s death.
