Blessing CEO has put an end to questions about her relationship with businessman IVD, confirming that they are no longer dating. The relationship therapist made the disclosure while responding to a question about whether the two were still together.
Rather than leaving room for speculation, Blessing gave a straightforward answer, saying they had broken up. She also suggested that she was aware of the advice people had been giving her about the relationship and had now decided to move on with her life.
According to Blessing, some of her followers had repeatedly encouraged her to leave IVD, with concerns that the relationship was not bringing her the happiness they wanted for her. She said she had listened to those concerns and was now ready to concentrate on herself.
Her announcement also came with a humorous invitation to men who might be interested in dating her. Blessing described herself as a single woman and single mother, adding that anyone hoping to approach her should be financially comfortable.
She said:
“Somebody said, ‘Are you and IVD still together?’ No. We are no longer together. We have br0ken up. Is that not what you guys want?
These days, I like to respect my fans. Everybody says, ‘Leave IVD. IVD is not good for you. He brought you bad luck.’ Trust me, I have left him. Let me pick up the pieces of my life.
So, I’m back to the streets as a single mother and a single girl. Those of you who want to apply, feel free to apply in my DM, and make sure you have money.
As per IVD, I have left him, oh. Anybody who wants to date him, feel free. Make the relationship no go kpa! me throway. We are no more together. I’m serious.”
One part of her statement that may interest readers is her decision to speak openly about starting over. Blessing did not go into the details of what led to the separation, but she made it clear that she wants to focus on rebuilding her life rather than remaining in a relationship she says has ended.
Her comments about potential suitors also showed that she is not ruling out another relationship. She invited interested men to send her direct messages, while making financial stability one of her stated expectations.
She equally made it clear that she was not holding on to IVD, telling anyone interested in him that they were free to pursue a relationship with the businessman. She repeated that their relationship was over, suggesting that she wanted the message to be understood clearly.

Blessing's relationship with IVD attracted attention partly because of the controversies surrounding his previous marriage to late Abimbola Martins-Ogbonna, popularly known as Bimbo.
IVD and Bimbo were married for several years and had five children together. Their marriage became publicly controversial following allegations of domestic violence and reports of serious disagreements between them.
Bimbo died in October 2022 after suffering severe burns during a fire incident at their home in Lekki, Lagos. Her death led to public discussions about the circumstances surrounding the incident and the events that took place before her passing.
