Peller has pushed back against claims that his wife, Jarvis, is responsible for his decision to stop communicating with Carter Efe, making it clear that his personal relationships and social media activities are his own decisions.
The content creator also addressed suggestions that Jarvis manages his online posts because he cannot write properly. He dismissed the claims, insisting that he writes his own content and does not need his wife to speak for him on social media.
According to Peller, people have been putting the blame on Jarvis for the breakdown in his relationship with Carter Efe, even though he maintains that she does not have the power to decide who he associates with. He explained that he makes his own choices and would not allow his wife to dictate his friendships.
“I see everyone accusing my wife, Jarvis, of making me stop talking to Carter Efe. Jarvis cannot make me stop talking to anyone. I’m the one who would tell her to stop talking to people because I married her; she didn’t marry me.
I see people saying I can’t type and that Jarvis is the one writing everything I post about Carter Efe or anything I write on my page. I’m the one writing those things. I finished SS3; ask around.”
His comments address two issues surrounding the fallout: the suggestion that Jarvis influenced his relationship with Carter Efe and the belief that she writes the content published on his page.
Peller rejected both claims, maintaining that he is capable of handling his own affairs. He also used his educational background to challenge those questioning his ability to write, telling them to make their own enquiries rather than assume his wife is responsible for his posts.
On the issue of his marriage, Peller's position is that being married does not mean he has surrendered control over his decisions to Jarvis. He insisted that she cannot force him to end a friendship or stop communicating with someone.
His defence comes amid the disagreement between him and Carter Efe, which has drawn attention to the state of their relationship. While questions remain about what led to their fallout, Peller has made it clear that he does not want his wife held responsible for his personal decisions.
Peller believes he should be held accountable for his own words and actions rather than having the blame placed on Jarvis. He maintains that the choices he makes, the posts he publishes and the people he decides to associate with are his responsibility.
