Fashion entrepreneur Prudent Gabriel has recalled an unusual, weird incident at her academy involving a female student who was found carrying out what appeared to be a ritual act in the early hours of the morning.

The incident, according to her, took place around 2–3am when most of the students had already gone to sleep. The student was reportedly discovered at the entrance of one of the academy’s classrooms with a red rope tied around her waist. She was also said to have a calabash and feathers with her.

The circumstances surrounding the incident left Prudent its questions, particularly because the student reportedly gave a surprising explanation when asked why she was there and what she was doing.

According to Prudent, the student said the act was meant to protect her.

The fashion entrepreneur later recalled the incident while speaking about some of the challenges she has experienced as a business owner. For her, the experience remains one of those moments that she cannot easily forget.

She also used the memory to encourage other business owners to remain watchful and prayerful, suggesting that running a business can sometimes come with unexpected situations and challenges.

She wrote:

Prudent ’s account gives a glimpse into an experience that happened within the walls of her academy and one she says has remained in her memory. While the student reportedly described the act as a form of protection, the circumstances of finding her at the academy entrance in the middle of the night understandably made the situation stand out.

For Prudent, the incident also became a reminder of the need for business owners to pay attention to what happens around them. Her message was not limited to the strange encounter itself, as she connected it to the various battles she believes she has survived throughout her journey as an entrepreneur.

The incident reportedly happened several years ago, but the designer said the memory continues to remind her of the importance of being vigilant.
