Nollywood actress Rita Dominic has revealed why she rarely shares updates on social media during the week, saying her busy schedule leaves little room for regular online activity.

The veteran actress, who is known for maintaining a relatively private presence on social media, usually shares posts on Sundays. Her posting pattern recently caught the attention of a fan, who decided to ask Rita Dominic about it.

The fan, identified as @Kcjioke on X, observed that Rita Dominic appeared to post mainly on Sundays and asked whether the observation was correct.

Responding to the question, Rita Dominic offered a light-hearted explanation, pointing to the demands of her work schedule.

“My dear we hustle from Monday to Saturday then rinse and repeat ,” she replied.

Her response suggests that her limited social media activity is largely connected to her busy routine from the beginning of the week through Saturday.

Unlike celebrities who frequently share details of their daily activities online, Rita Dominic has generally maintained a more selective approach to social media. 

Her occasional posts often attract significant attention from fans and followers, particularly because of her long-standing status in the Nigerian entertainment industry.

The actress has enjoyed a successful career spanning several decades, establishing herself as one of Nollywood’s respected performers. She has appeared in numerous Nigerian films and has also been involved in productions behind the scenes.

Rita Dominic’s comment also offered a glimpse into how demanding life in the entertainment industry can be. Between filming, meetings, production responsibilities and other professional commitments, maintaining a constant social media presence may not always be a priority.
