Billionaire businessman Ochacho has once again reaffirmed his commitment to gifting content creator Peller a luxury house worth N400 million in Abuja, making it clear that the promise remains firmly in place.
The businessman addressed the issue during a TikTok livestream held shortly after Peller's traditional wedding. While speaking, he left no room for doubt about his intentions, stressing that the property is still part of his plans and insisting that it is only one of several gifts he hopes to present to the popular content creator.
Ochacho spoke warmly about Peller, describing him as someone with a kind heart. He explained that his decision to reward him was driven by genuine admiration, adding that the Abuja property should not even be seen as the biggest surprise he has in store.
As the conversation continued, Ochacho shared his perspective on wealth, making a statement that quickly captured attention. According to him, the value of N400 million is not something he considers extraordinary, as he compared it to a much smaller amount in everyday terms.
He said:
“N400 million is not money. It's just like N400 to my children. If you need money or you want to pay your school fees, my son, iceking will help you on Thursday. Peller has a very good heart. The N400million house I gave him is going to be the smallest gift I will give him. The next one I am giving to Peller, they will off light in this country”.
Beyond reaffirming the house gift, Ochacho's comments suggested that he has even bigger plans ahead. He hinted that the N400 million property would only mark the beginning, expressing confidence that future gifts for Peller would be on an even larger scale.
