Afrobeats superstar Davido has announced an exclusive live performance in London where fans will get an early taste of his forthcoming album, Oriade, before it officially reaches a global audience.
The award-winning singer disclosed that the special event will take place on August 11 at the O2 Forum Kentish Town, describing it as a unique opportunity for fans to experience the project live before anyone else.
The announcement has heightened anticipation for the album, which is already one of the most eagerly awaited African music releases of the year.

Davido shared the news with fans through his official X account, inviting music lovers to attend what he described as a one-off live performance centred entirely on his upcoming body of work.
According to the singer, the London concert will be the only event where audiences can hear Oriade performed live ahead of its wider rollout.
“London! Join me on Aug. 11 at the O2 Forum Kentish Town for a very special show.
“This will be the first and only chance to hear Oriade performed live, so if you want to experience the new album before anyone else. Tickets are on sale now. I’ll see you there!” he wrote.
