Nollywood actress Damilola Adegbite has made her debut in a YouTube film, marking a new step in her career after years of starring in mainstream television and cinema productions.
The actress revealed that she was persuaded by fellow actor Maurice Sam to join the project, describing the experience as one she thoroughly enjoyed.
She made the announcement via her Instagram page, where she also promoted the release of the film titled Lessons In Love, which premiered on Maurice Sam TV on YouTube.
According to her post, the project was a new experience for her, as it was her first time participating in a full YouTube film production. She expressed excitement about the collaboration and appreciated the opportunity to explore a different creative platform.
Damilola Adegbite is widely recognised for her breakout role as Telema Duke in the popular M-Net soap opera Tinsel, a performance that introduced her to a wider audience and established her as a familiar face in the Nigerian entertainment industry.
Over the years, she has gone on to build a strong acting portfolio, featuring in several notable productions including Flower Girl, Isoken, and Before 30.
She also appeared in the sequel After 30, which was released on Amazon Prime Video in 2025, further expanding her presence in digital streaming content.
Beyond her professional achievements, Damilola has also been in the public eye for her personal life. She was previously married to Ghanaian actor Chris Attoh, whom she met on the set of Tinsel. The couple tied the knot in 2015 and share a son named Brian before their marriage ended in 2017.
