In the world of fame and luxury often associated with music stars, Oluwatosin Ajibade has shared a very different experience from what many might expect. Looking back at the early stage of his relationship with Temi Otedola, the singer revealed that his lifestyle was far more modest than people assume.

At a time when attention and success were growing around his music career, he was still very intentional about how he managed money. Instead of focusing on appearances or comfort-driven spending, he leaned heavily into financial discipline and investment thinking.

One of the most surprising details from his story is that he did not own a car during a significant part of his relationship. While many would assume that success in the entertainment industry naturally comes with luxury vehicles, his experience was quite different.
“I didn’t even have a car while dating Temi Otedola. I got my first car in 2021, a Range Rover, because I saw cars as liabilities,” he explained.

That perspective shaped his decisions at the time. Rather than seeing cars as a symbol of achievement, he viewed them as expenses that lose value quickly. This belief influenced how he structured his spending and lifestyle choices.

Even as his career expanded beyond music into business ventures such as fintech and gaming, his approach to money remained cautious. He was more interested in building long-term financial stability than indulging in immediate luxury.

Eventually, he made a change in 2021 when he purchased a Range Rover, marking his first step into owning a luxury vehicle. However, even that purchase was not driven by pressure but by personal timing and comfort with the decision.

Despite his growing success, Mr Eazi admits there are still financial goals ahead of him, especially when it comes to high-end luxury items. He remains honest about where he stands in relation to those ambitions.
“My dream car is the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, which is about $350,000… but I still can’t afford it yet,” he said.

His journey presents a perspective that differs from the typical celebrity narrative. Rather than chasing visibility through possessions, his approach has been shaped by patience, business thinking, and careful financial planning. Even with fame and international recognition, his decisions continue to reflect a measured and strategic outlook on wealth.
