Nollywood Actress Motilola Praises Femi Adebayo’s Intervention As Rift Between Her And Her Boss Kunle Afod Comes To An End

Nollywood actress Motilola has opened up about a recent disagreement with her boss, Kunle Afod, describing the emotional strain the conflict caused.

 The situation escalated to the point where she felt compelled to share her frustration on social media, a move she now reflects on with regret.

“The major conflict that I had with someone I respect a lot was really painful for me. It degenerated to the point where I had to go on social media to call names. It was painful for me to get to that point,” she confessed during a recent interview.

Behind the scenes, the resolution came thanks to the intervention of veteran actor Femi Adebayo. Known in the industry for his calm and drama-free approach, Femi stepped in to mediate, helping both parties see the bigger picture

Motilola revealed, “Somebody I respect a lot stepped up and told me to resolve it. We discovered that some people were taking advantage of the situation to feed us things.”

She expressed gratitude toward Femi Adebayo, emphasizing his peaceful nature. “Shout-out to Femi Adebayo for helping us put things over. He is a peaceful, good person who doesn’t like wahala,” she said.

The actress confirmed that with guidance and patience, the tension between her and Kunle Afod has been fully resolved.

 “Issues between me and my boss, Kunle Afod, have been resolved. God has helped us to resolve things,” Motilola stated, bringing closure to a chapter that had caused personal and professional stress.
