A female police officer has shared a heart-wrenching story of endurance and desperation after being pregnant for over four years. Speaking publicly for the first time, she revealed that her life has been turned upside down, leaving her without proper shelter, support, or justice.
She described her daily reality, saying she has no home and is currently sleeping in a store at the Igbogbo, Ikorodu police station.
Feeling abandoned, she has reached out to Nigerians for assistance, describing the situation as beyond her control.
The officer also accused a man she calls Alhaji of being responsible for her prolonged pregnancy, alleging that he used spiritual means to trap her and has influence over police officials, making it difficult for her to get justice.
“I am a police officer, a single mother of 3, and carrying a pregnancy for 4 years now. I have sought spiritual solutions to the pregnancy, and I was told it was the Alhaji who impregnanted me, is the one responsible for my ordeal. I have challenged him, but he asked me to call police and I have seen police officers acting cordial with him and also collecting money from him, so my last resort is you Nigerian citizens, please help me, don't think or look at that i am a police officer”
Her struggle has also impacted her family. She noted that while she continues to endure her unusual pregnancy, her daughter has already married and given birth.
“When the pregnancy turned 2years was when my daughter got married, now my daughter has given birth in the marriage while I'm still carrying my pregnancy of 4years +.”
She further explained:
“My first son baby daddy came back to plead with me to return back but there is nothing I can do because I'm still carrying for years old pregnancy. Nigerians please help me, no where to turn to. Alhaji told me he has all the Nigerian police under his feet that there is nothing I can do.”
“I'm sleeping in a dirty store at the Igbogbo, Ikorodu police station because there is no house to live. Please help me, I'm helpless.”
The officer’s story has struck a chord with many online, drawing attention to the extraordinary circumstances she faces and the urgent need for support. Her plea is a raw reminder of human vulnerability and the consequences of power imbalances.
