A Lagos-based father, Samuel Alozie, popularly known as Promise Samuel on TikTok, has called for urgent justice following the heartbreaking death of his nine-month-old twin sons, Timothy and Testimony, who reportedly died shortly after receiving routine immunizations at a public health facility.

According to reports, the tragic incident occurred at the Ajangbadi Primary Health Centre in Ojo, Lagos State, where Alozie took his twins on the morning of December 24, 2025, for their scheduled vaccinations. The infants were said to be healthy and active prior to the hospital visit.

Trouble reportedly began just hours after the injections were administered. Alozie stated that the twins suddenly became unusually weak, lost interest in food, and stopped playing as they normally would. Alarmed by their condition, he said he contacted the health centre and followed instructions from a nurse who advised him to give the babies paracetamol to manage their rising temperatures.

Despite complying with the directive, tragedy struck the following morning. Both babies reportedly passed away on Christmas Day, less than 24 hours after receiving the injections.

Alozie later took to social media to share his grief, posting emotional videos and footage of the twins in body bags while alleging that “injections” were responsible for their deaths. His posts have since sparked widespread outrage and calls for investigation.

The grieving father has accused the health centre of possible medical negligence, alleging that the nurse who attended to his children was not their regular caregiver. He further claimed that deworming tablets were administered without his consent or prior explanation, raising serious concerns about medical protocol.

Alozie has questioned whether the vaccines used were expired, overdosed, or counterfeit, insisting that something went terribly wrong. While the health centre reportedly suggested “food bacteria” as a possible cause of death, Alozie has strongly rejected the claim, stating, “They had no history of illness and had been eating the same food for months.”

The tragic case has ignited public debate around vaccine safety, medical accountability, and healthcare standards in public facilities, with many Nigerians demanding a thorough investigation and justice for the grieving family.
