Nigerian social media personality Kolu has set social media abuzz after making an emotional public plea to reality TV star and BBNaija winner, Phyna, begging her to forgive him and accept his love.
In a viral video circulating online, Kolu appeared visibly distraught as he apologized and described how deeply affected he has been by their fallout. According to him, his emotional pain pushed him to a dangerous point as he tried to prove the depth of his feelings.
“Phyna, I’m really sorry. Please forgive me,” he said tearfully. He went further to claim, “I almost kpai myself and cr@shed my car just to show how much I love you.”
Kolu also appealed directly to the public, asking his supporters to intervene on his behalf. “Please my fans help me beg her, I love you so much Phyna, I’ve been crying,” he added.

Often described as “Carter Efe’s boy” a slang term indicating close association or mentorship — Kolu has maintained a modest online following before his recent controversy involving Phyna pushed him into the spotlight.
The emotional outburst has generated mixed reactions online. While some social media users expressed concern for Kolu’s mental health and urged compassion, others criticized the public nature of his appeal and the pressure placed on Phyna.
