In her reflection, the Rush hitmaker confessed that there are days she deeply misses home, especially the festive energy of Detty December in Nigeria. 

While many of her peers were enjoying concerts, beach outings, and family gatherings back home, she found herself questioning her decision to leave. The emotional distance, she explained, often feels just as intense as the physical cold.

Sharing a direct quote from her post, the singer wrote: “It’s so cold it feels like the city is actively trying to unalive my motivation. It’s the kind of cold that makes you realize happiness was just a summer hallucination, and I can’t stop the tiny voice at the back of my mind sarcastically saying, ‘Who sent you work?’” The statement struck a chord with many fans, who praised her honesty and relatability.
