Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus has given fans a glimpse of her ongoing treatment as she continues her fight against a brain tumour.
The movie star, who disclosed last year that she has been battling the condition, shared a photo of herself during treatment while expressing heartfelt gratitude to God.
She wrote on social media:

Her post quickly drew supportive responses from colleagues in the industry. Kemi Korede commented, “Alhamdulilahi,” while Salami Rotimi added the same. Fausat Balogun wrote, “Alhamdulilahi Baba Dada ose,” and Toyosi Adesanya said, “Awesome God.” Lola Magret posted, “Glory be to God,” and Bimbo Akisanya commented, “Thank God for sound health.”
Bisola had previously revealed in a 2024 interview with her colleague Kunle Afod that she had been battling the tumour for three years, reaching a point where she struggled to see or recognize people. She noted that her condition has improved through medication.
In another discussion with Biola Bayo, Bisola opened up about co-parenting challenges with her ex-partner, Kwam1. She said she initially withheld information about her illness from him, but he later became aware and offered support for a time before ceasing communication. Bisola explained that managing responsibilities for their son alone has been difficult.
Her story inspired many Nigerians to step in with support. Several offered to sponsor her son’s education, while a volunteer promised to send her abroad for surgery. Additionally, her son Michael’s secondary school fees were fully covered, and he later received a university scholarship.
