Nigerian comedian Princess has issued a fiery response to those attacking her following the release of embattled actor Olanrewaju Omiyinka, popularly known as Baba Ijesha. The actor was freed on Friday, November 15th, after spending over three years in prison over allegations of sexual assault, a case that drew massive national attention and intense public debate.

According to reports by Kemi Filani, Baba Ijesha regained freedom after the Appeal Court reportedly cleared him, paving the way for his release. Fellow actor Yomi Fabiyi celebrated the development on Instagram, announcing joyfully that Baba Ijesha was “not just back, but better,” expressing satisfaction that he had supposedly been exonerated.

Shortly after the announcement, Princess took to her Instagram page to address those dragging her online. In a strongly worded video, she slammed critics who felt she should remain silent following the actor’s release. She maintained her stance on the case and reminded the public of the severity of the allegations.

Princess stated: “I can see some people curs!ng me that God will pun!sh me after Baba Ijesha was released from prison. God doesn’t support child def!lement. You all can send your daughters to him for Christmas.”

She went on to emphasize that Baba Ijesha remains a “convicted serial Paedoph!le and r@pist,” insisting that he had “dozens of victims.” She issued a strong warning to schools, hotels, landlords, and other establishments to deny him access to their premises.

Princess added: “His full name is Olanrewaju James Omiyinka. I am also calling on the Lagos State Government to publish his name publicly as a sex offender. He r@pes both young and adult.”

She further described his alleged pattern of behavior: “This is how he operates, after he has ass@ulted a child somewhere, he will leave his house in the middle of the night and relocate. He has lived in Mafoluku, Oworo, Lagos Island, etc.”

Her reaction has since stirred massive conversation online, renewing debates around child protection, justice, and celebrity accountability in Nigeria.
