“I used to wonder what I’d do with myself once I became an ‘empty nester’. Now I know. Had to disappear again… The streets of SM (nay, the world in general) are becoming too toxic for my quiet soul. How have you been? I hope you’re protecting yourself. Peace. EmptyNest. AnotherSoloTrip. Abundance. Ease. Flow,” she wrote, emphasizing her desire to protect her mental space.
The actress, who has had a long and colorful journey in Nollywood, also shared a throwback from her early days on a movie set. She reflected on how diverse and vibrant her path in the Nigerian film industry has been, demonstrating both resilience and dedication throughout her career.
Ireti Doyle has previously opened up about serious personal experiences, including a near-death encounter with carbon monoxide poisoning. She recounted how she was found unconscious in her car, foaming at the mouth, with blood trickling from her nose after unknowingly inhaling the deadly gas. Ireti credited divine intervention for saving her life, showing the strength she has drawn from past challenges.
