Nigerian gospel minister, Moses Blizz, has expressed deep heartbreak after being denied entry into Tanzania, where he was scheduled to minister before an eager congregation of more than 60,000 worshippers.

The crusade in Tanzania had drawn thousands who gathered in anticipation of a powerful move of God through his ministration. Unfortunately, their hopes were dashed when the gospel singer and his team were unable to gain entry into the country due to visa complications.

According to Moses Blizz, he and his team were meant to fly two days earlier for the highly anticipated program. “We were assured by the team who booked our tickets that my visa had been approved,” he recounted. “But when we got to the Tanzanian airport for check-in, we were shocked to discover that the visa approval was not recognized.”

The incident left the minister and his team devastated. Despite making frantic efforts to salvage the situation, including desperate calls to top authorities and even reaching out “at the presidential level,” there was no intervention to resolve the issue.

“It was one of the most heartbreaking moments of my ministry,” Blizz said. “Seeing the hope of over 60,000 people dashed because of an issue beyond our control was truly painful.”

Left with no other option, the team had to book the next available flight back to Nigeria, bringing an abrupt end to what was supposed to be a major gospel outreach in Tanzania.

The situation has sparked conversations among fans and Christian communities, with many expressing frustration over travel and visa challenges faced by gospel ministers on international missions.
