Nollywood actress and medical practitioner, Jemima Osunde, has once again proven her brilliance both on and off the screen as she bags her third academic degree, a Master of Science in Public Health from a United Kingdom university.

The actress, who has always been vocal about balancing her passion for acting with her love for healthcare, shared the exciting news with fans on Instagram, drawing admiration and applause from across the entertainment industry.

Announcing the achievement with her trademark sense of humour, Jemima posted, “Stay warm guys, I hear it’s 3 degrees outside. Of course, I had to use a cheeky caption.

A Master of Science in Public Health  my 3rd degree. Forever doing side quests.” Her playful caption reflected both pride and gratitude as she celebrated yet another milestone in her academic journey.

In the post, Jemima also gave fans insight into why she continues to pursue higher education despite already having a thriving career in Nollywood.

“Why do I chase academic qualifications and a career in health care even with my existing career in entertainment? My simple answer is why not? I’ve always lived the best of both worlds,” she wrote.

The Shuga star explained that her academic and professional paths have always intertwined. “I combined the College of Medicine, Idi Araba, with a budding acting career.

I worked full-time for a year in LUTH while still maintaining my acting career, and now, I have completed my Masters in Public Health while still being in your faces,” she said proudly.

With her characteristic confidence and ambition, Jemima added, “Why have one when I CAN have two? I want it all.” Her words resonated with many fans who see her as a symbol of determination, balance, and purpose.

Reflecting on her motivation, the actress humorously revealed, “The other answer is just cause I want to tell my kids mummy has two heads.” She then expressed heartfelt appreciation to everyone who supported her journey.

“VERY proud of myself. Shout out to my friends and family. Shout out to the team that got me ready for my grad,” she wrote.

Jemima’s post has since sparked an outpouring of congratulations from colleagues and fans who praised her for setting a remarkable example for young women. Many described her as a role model who proves that one can chase dreams in multiple fields and excel in all.

The actress, who first rose to fame through MTV’s Shuga and later featured in several hit films and series, has never hidden her passion for public health and community service.

With this new milestone, she continues to demonstrate that education and entertainment can coexist beautifully when driven by passion and purpose.

“What’s next?” Jemima teased at the end of her post. “That’s for me to do and for you to stick around and find out.”

Indeed, fans and admirers are eager to see what the multi-talented star will achieve next as she continues to break boundaries in both the medical and entertainment worlds.
